To create a query, do one of the following:

Create or open a report and then click
New
next to the
Query
field.

Click
Tools > Manage > Queries > Test Case
.

Queries for Listing Reports
To create a query for a listing report, you must install Crystal Reports 8.5 Professional
Edition (purchased separately). For more information about creating a query for
listing reports, see the Crystal Reports Help.
