I believe that the dual format example "y:y:y:y:y:y:x.x.x.x" should be written as:
x:x:x:x:x:x:d:d:d:d
like in the ietf documentation because:
x is used in programming languages as the hex numbers prefix
d stands for decimal

Andre, that is absolutely a valid ipv6 address. Doesn't matter where you use the :: as long as you only use it once. So you could write it like this
fd00:ffff:0000:0000:1:: or
fd00:ffff::1:0:0:0
doesnt matter, means the same thing.

The tool says fd00:ffff::1:0:0:0 is a valid address but it's not. The longest run of zeros must be shortened to :: which would be the one after the 1.

Check '::1' or just '::'
You don't thinks that it's correct address and probably it has problem with regex.
