Seeking a highly motivated, Software QA Engineer/Business Analyst, who will have direct interaction with customers to gather and determine specific feature requirements, applying technical skills to troubleshoot and identify software issues, enter detailed information into a bug tracking system, perform hands-on testing for releases, experience with Automation Tools, requires good documentation skills and the abiltiy to multi-task. resolution.

Required Experience:

Experience doing Software Technical Support in a Software Development or Technical Environment, minimum 3yrs Experience doing Account Management and/or Business Analysis with enphasis on gathering Customer's enhancement requests Experience working directly with Customers in a Technical capacity, minimum 3 yrs Experience with Quality Assurance practices and methodologies, minimum 3yrs Experience with Bug Tracking Software, minimum 3 yrs, Axosoft a plus Experience with Creating and Maintaining User Documentation Experience with Test Automation Software eg: Ranorex a plus Experience with Documentation Software eg: Doc-To-Help, Sharepoint a plus Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies a plus Experience with Accounting, Order Management and or Scanning Software a plus
