Product QA Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Manual and automated testing of enhancements and bug fixes to proprietary and 3rd party software
• Monitoring performance of all aspects of airline product, including benchmarking and multi-variant testing
• Researching and suggesting ideas to enhance current air product functionality and processes
• Testing implemented airline partner contracts as directed by Airline Product team
Requirements and Skills:
• Experience with GDS PNR, pricing, ticketing commands (Sabre preferred, but not required)
• Travel industry experience and airline contract knowledge
• Not afraid to break things to help in understanding solutions
• Eager to learn new technologies (including, but not limited to XML, JSON, SQL)
• 1-3 years work experience
