Software QA Engineer Lead

Developing and delivering tools to exercise internal and external APIs. Coordinate the creation of the test artifacts including automation test cases, test reports, defect reports, requirements reviews, test case reviews and automation architecture and implementation. Ensure automation has high availability and identifies, tracks and logs defects. Participate in and contribute useful input to process improvement groups. Evaluate proposed software or enhancements for feasibility.

You MUST demonstrate experience in a test project leadership role, successfully leading test projects throughout the SDLC and in coordination within the overall test management process. You MUST be able to coordinate the creation of test artifacts including: automated test cases, test specifications, automation logs, automation reports, status updates, and defect documentation. You MUST have an understanding of the QA testing methods: smoke, black box, white box, regression, functional, etc. You MUST have development experience in at least 3 of the following: PHP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, web services, Ajax, ATG, PostgreSQL, Oracle. You MUST demonstrate experience or familiarity with a unit testing framework. Any xUnit (phpUnit, jUnit..etc) is welcome. You MUST have experience with CI and automation technologies such as Selenium, Jenkins CI / Bamboo, Tsung or others. Ability to properly leverage automation technologies to maximize test coverage in an efficient manner. You MUST have experience and ability troubleshooting web-based applications, and must have basic Linux experience to navigate the servers.
