Software QA Engineer II
Provides comprehensive knowledge in the areas of Test Planning, Test Design, Test Case Execution, with exposure to Test Automation
Demonstrated ability to interpret project specifications (requirements, architecture, functional and design) and build the associated QA documentation
Knowledge of SQL and Database structures
Ability to participate in project Review and Walk-through milestones
Clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle milestones/deliverables
Ability to clearly communicate at both the project and issue levels
Understanding of Build Verification Testing (Build/Smoke test)
Exposure to SharePoint
High School Degree required; College Degree preferred
3+ years proven success designing and implementing test specifications for software projects of significant size and complexity
3+ years proven ability to work effectively within a team
2+ years proven ability to accurately estimate quality assurance work based on written requirements
Programming experience with high level tools such as Visual Basic, Visual Test, Lotus Script, Microsoft SQL
