QA Software Engineer- Performance

Execute on processes and practices related to performance, load and scalability testing.

• Explore the bounds of our products in regards to performance, load, scale and configuration.

• Perform the execution of baseline performance and load tests per release to assure our core software products have not regressed.

• Maintain automated scripts to simulate multi-user, multi-tiered systems running in different environments under various configurations.

• Design, document and execute backend tests for software installations, deployments, licensing, recovery and upgrades.

• Analyze performance results to aid in the identification of bottlenecks or other performance-related issues.

• Provide testing assistance to the product teams for the creation and execution of performance and load tests for newly developed functionality.

• Support Client Services by offering assistance to customers on domain specific setup of our products in their environment.

• Maintain an attitude of commitment through outward display of willingness.

• Practice positive interactions - lean on encouragement in place of judgment.

• Impress responsibility on others by displaying ownership in tasks.

• Act in the interest of the overall team.

• Understand the needs of our customers.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in DB Administration, Systems Administration,

• 1 to 7 years designing, implementing and executing performance and load tests for

• 1 to 7 years supporting and maintaining Software QA or Development environments
