Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

Establish, Collect, Monitor, and Analyze key process and product metrics from internal departments, customers, and suppliers.

Work with internal departments to implement continuous improvement activities

Coordinate, identify, and implement corrective and preventative action activities with internal departments.

Update internal inspection and test procedures and processes

Coach/ Instruct employees in quality assurance principles and methodology.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance required, with emphasis on electrical and electronic components and parts

Knowledge of quality systems ISO9001/AS9100 and auditing

Prior experience in an electronics assembly environment pr ef erred

Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal, written, organizational, analytical and PC skills
