PeopleSoft Functional Tester
Required Skills:
* 5 + years functional experience as an analyst or tester of PeopleSoft HCM. Including experience with employee and manager self-service, eApplications (specifically, ePerformance, eRecruit, eCompensation) and the core HR module in a heavily customized environment---MUST HAVE ALL OF THIS, NO EXCEPTIONS
* Some technical experience with SQL + and UNIX. Must be comfortable with writing and executing SQL scripts to support testing activities
* Experience gathering/recording test and/or business requirements; Ability to quickly learn how a particular software system works from the user’s perspective; Ability to foresee and evaluate the ways in which a software system might fail; Ability to demonstrate a certain level of balanced curiosity by creating “what if” scenarios
* Experience using HP Quality Center 9.0 to develop and execute manual test cases and record defects
* Experience participating hands-on in other aspects of the software development life cycle for PeopleSoft or other ERP software (Business Analyst, Design, Documentation, Training, Change Control)
* Experience working in a rapid application development environment (development projects of 6 months or shorter duration from start to finish); Capacity to multi-task several testing activities concurrently
* Ability to manage project tasks and maintain adherence to project milestones; Ability to maintain open, frank and courteous relationships with the entire project team
* Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; most communication is done via conference calls and web meetings, must be able to demonstrate a strong vocal presence with adequate vocal variety and be comfortable presenting in large groups via this type of medium.

PeopleSoft:
Version 8; HR, eRecruit, ePerformance and eCompensation only. Some Payroll experience also strongly desired
PeopleTools:
Version 8.8; some experience with any of the following: Application Designer, Application Engine, DataMover, Security Administrator, Process Scheduler, Message Catalog, Tree Manager and SQR
Languages:
SQL (required); SQR (desired)
Databases:
Oracle (OS: UNIX)
