Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic, and Internet-savvy candidates to join our Quality Assurance team. Candidates should have prior experience testing multi-tiered web applications. Successful candidates will work with our experienced team in a creative, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Test our core products and client site implementations. • Develop and execute test plans, incorporating black and white box testing, based on an understanding of our's software testing methodology. • Report and manage defects, and regress software fixes for new and existing products. • Work with developers and product managers to review and improve functional specifications, test plans, and test scripts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or software engineering. • Experience testing multi-tiered web applications a MUST. • Proven skills in understanding business requirements and troubleshooting applications. • "Whatever it takes" attitude about completing tasks. • Desire to learn new technologies. • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team. • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. • Cares about the quality of the our customer experience – and willing to stand up for it! • Working experience with CVS and Ant. • Database knowledge is a huge plus!
